If you struggle to switch off your brain at night and find as soon as your head hits the pillow your thoughts race at a million miles an hour this guided meditation can help.

I always find it useful to first write down my thoughts, to release my need to hold onto them and not lose them in the pits of my brain. Then scan your body as you attune to the beats of your heart and connect to the sky blue light in the centre of your belly.

Sky blue light brings about a deeply calming and soothing energy. Hold your attention on this light and notice how quickly you drift off into a deep sleep.
